VDK Capital is a London-based ecosystem founded in 2020. VDK Capital’s mission is to create synergies and visibility between inspiring minds and entrepreneurs around the globe. Our vision is to connect and exchange ideas about today’s world and create a better and more sustainable future. We identify and provide access to niche Venture Capital funds that invest in innovative and disruptive sectors and opportunities which will shape tomorrow’s lifestyle.
About the founder
Born and raised in Greece and Switzerland, Vasileios Karatzenis has 20 years of investment expertise as a wealth manager at PaineWebber in Boston, Merrill Lynch in London, UBS in Geneva, and then Pictet & Cie in Geneva and London. During his career, Vasileios advised ultra-high net worth individuals and large single-family offices around the world.
Vasileios’ passion for investments, nurturing talent, and connecting inspiring minds led him to start VDK Capital in 2020. A graduate of the Institut Florimont in Geneva with a French Baccalaureate in Economics, and Boston College in Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Vasileios enjoys sports, traveling and discovering the world.
