How do I sign up?

Click on the Sign-up option to register to our platform. You will then be invited to create a unique username and password. Once you confirm you are eligible to invest, you can start browsing VDK Capital’s investment opportunities.

What is the minimum commitment?

We leverage technology to provide lower minimums than usual, all while respecting requirements and regulations. For example, for Luxembourg Feeder Funds minimum commitment is 100’000 Euros or equivalent.

Am I eligible to invest?

To confirm your eligibility, we will ask you a series of questions to determine your accreditation status.

Do I need to pay a fee to invest in VDK Capital feeder funds?

Fees will vary by fund and by type of co-investment. VDK Capital charges an ongoing Annual Management Fee and Administration Fee (you can find more information in each Funds Feeder or Co-Investment Documentation).
